These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pineapple Lifestyle app and website operated byLifestyle Choices Group Ltd (Company No. 13916179), registered at 2 The Courtyard, Greenfield Farm Industrial Estate, Congleton, Cheshire, England, CW12 4TR. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.

You must meet the following requirements to use Pineapple:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally permitted to use adult content services in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate information during registration and verification
• Not have been previously banned from the platform
• Use only one account per person (couples each maintain individual accounts)

All accounts are subject to manual verification. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access to any account that fails verification, provides false information, or violates our community standards. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post content involving minors or non-consenting individuals
• Impersonate others or create fake profiles
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation without permission
• Attempt to circumvent moderation, verification, or security measures
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without consent
• Engage in any illegal activity through or on the platform

You retain ownership of content you post but grant Pineapple a licence to display and distribute it within the platform. You are solely responsible for content you share. We may remove content that violates our guidelines without notice. See our Moderation Guidelines for details.

Pineapple offers free and paid membership tiers. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective refund policies. In-app purchases are non-transferable. Pricing and features may change with notice.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or our Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Pineapple is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, the accuracy of user profiles, or the outcome of any interactions between members.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifestyle Choices Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or interactions with other users.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
